The BODYPLAN Executive programme is suited to those who want to make and sustain changes in their life. Whether an experienced trainer or a complete novice the only prerequisite is to want to make positive changes.
Commitment is vital and a cornerstone of the BODYPLAN programme. Commitment shows a willingness to change. Changes will not happen overnight and it can take 6 months or longer to show sustainable progress.
BODYPLAN can be delivered either in person, virtually or a hybrid of both. Your location and the amount of time you have available will determine the best approach. Prices vary depending of which solution is proposed.
All participants, whether a virtual, in person or hybrid client, will have contact with Peter in the initial stages and set periods throughout your journey.
Once signed up you will be granted access to the BODYPLAN App. This will contain your personalised workout plan. We will also provide access to wearable technology called WHOOP which allows Peter track your daily activity.
The minimum commitment to the BODYPLAN Executive Programme is 3 months. This is the minimum amount of time needed to effect real and sustainable change.
Ideally you will have access to a gym or at the very least some home gym equipment. We will assess your equipment prior to starting the programme and your exercises will be tailored accordingly.
