The BODYPLAN Aspiring Athlete programme is designed for those who are functioning at a high level within elite sports teams and need to gain a specific edge around their training regime and general skill set, be that speed/agility, flexibility/mobility, endurance, general fitness or mindset.
This programme is designed in 8 Week blocks. Depending on your exact goals we may recommend running the programme for a longer period of time.
BODYPLAN can be delivered either in person, virtually or a hybrid of both. Your location and the amount of time you have available will determine the best approach. Prices vary depending of which solution is proposed.
All participants, whether a virtual, in person or hybrid client, will have contact with Peter in the initial stages and set periods throughout your 8 week journey.
This very much depends on what areas need work for you? Be it speed/agility, your strength, your conditioning, mindset, nutrition or something more general, your programme will be very tailored to the agreed area or areas you feel need improvement.
We assume that all athletes enrolling in this programme will have access to a gym.
